installation sequence

From blank folders to a controlled publishing system.

01

Connect the foundation

Confirm TikTok, an Instagram Professional account, YouTube, Google Drive, and Repurpose.io.

02

Create the approval queue

Build one Google Drive folder that only receives videos a human has approved for publishing.

03

Build three workflows

Connect Drive to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Test one destination at a time.

04

Record the clip library

Capture 20–30 short face-to-camera, coaching, reaction, or demonstration clips in one session.

05

Write the five-second hook

Use 7–10 short lines: disruption, escalation, turn, and punch.

06

Review and release

Check the claim, crop, caption, account, and safe zones before moving the asset into Drive.

Keep automatic publishing off until one test post passes on all three destinations.

the five-second method

Make the words carry the story.

  • 7–10 lines of on-screen copy
  • 3–8 words per line
  • One new fact per line
  • Disruption → escalation → turn → punch
  • One CTA in the caption

copy + paste operating kit

Give Codex the system, then keep a human on the release gate.

1. Install the social workspace+
Set up a social content operating system for [BUSINESS NAME].

Start read-only. Inspect this folder for existing brand, social, video, publishing, and analytics files. Do not overwrite or delete anything.

Prepare:
- BRAND.md
- CHANNELS.md
- CONTENT_RULES.md
- analytics/performance.csv
- prompts/
- ideas/
- sources/
- raw/
- working/
- review/
- approved/
- rejected/
- archive/

The publishing flow is:
idea -> short vertical video -> human review -> approved Google Drive folder -> Repurpose.io -> TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Ask only for facts you cannot establish locally: business name, audience, offer, handles, Drive folder, workflow names, approver, prohibited claims, and posting cadence.

Show the plan before creating files. Never connect an account, move a file into the watched folder, or publish without explicit permission.
2. Plan the first 30 posts+
Create a 30-post short-form plan for [BUSINESS NAME].

Read BRAND.md, CONTENT_RULES.md, CHANNELS.md, and analytics/performance.csv first.

Use five lanes:
1. visible mistakes
2. myths or mistaken beliefs
3. expert reactions
4. proof, progress, or demonstrations
5. founder or personal-brand stories

For every post, provide the intended viewer, tension, useful fact or demonstration, source, 7-10 line hook, caption, comment CTA, hashtags, background clip, compliance notes, and primary success metric.

Reject generic motivation, duplicate angles, unsupported claims, offer-first hooks, diagnoses, and guaranteed outcomes. Rank the ideas and choose the first 10-post test batch. Do not publish.
3. Produce and review a batch+
Produce the approved [NUMBER]-post batch.

For each post, verify factual claims, create a unique filename, write 7-10 on-screen lines, write a 60-120 word caption, create source notes, specify the background clip, and check safe-zone readability in a 1080x1920 frame.

Save every package in review/. Return a manifest with source, video, and review status. Flag weak posts instead of forcing them through.

Do not move anything to approved/, Google Drive, or a publishing folder.
4. Run the release audit+
Audit every post in review/. Do not publish anything.

Verify the MP4 opens, 1080x1920 dimensions, 5-6 second duration, readable text, safe zones, spelling, source accuracy, matching caption, one CTA, correct filenames, correct brand, duplicate status, prohibited claims, private information, and licensed media.

Return PASS, REVISE, or REJECT with a specific reason. Wait for the named human approver to identify exact post IDs. Move only explicitly approved packages. Never publish directly to a social network.

rincon fitness pilot

Thirty posts before changing the system.

Review after posts 3, 10, and 30. Change one variable at a time: topic, first line, final line, visual, CTA, or posting time.

10

Visible technique mistakes

Show the problem in a way viewers can recognize immediately.

05

Fitness myths

Replace a familiar belief with a useful, supportable explanation.

05

Coach reactions

Let the trainer notice what most gym members miss.

05

Proof and progress

Use demonstrations or permissioned client stories without exaggerated claims.

05

Founder stories

Build the owner’s personal brand around a useful lesson.

common questions

Keep the automation simple and the approval explicit.

Does Codex publish directly to the social accounts?+

No. Codex helps research, draft, organize, and review. A human approves the asset, Google Drive acts as the release boundary, and Repurpose.io handles distribution.

Why use Google Drive as the source?+

A watched Drive folder creates a visible approval gate. Drafts stay outside it. Moving a finished asset into the watched folder means it is cleared for distribution.

Why are the videos only five or six seconds?+

The short loop makes the on-screen story do the work and rewards a second viewing. The format is fast to record, easy to batch, and simple to test repeatedly.

Which channels should a business start with?+

Start with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Add other destinations after the core workflows pass a live test.
